These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GOTDY website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Site"), and any purchases you make from GOTDY ("we," "us," or "our") through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Checkout is powered by Shopify; payment, receipts, and certain processing terms may also be subject to Shopify's terms and policies presented at purchase. If there is a conflict between Shopify's checkout disclosures and these Terms as to order processing, Shopify's payment flows control for payment specifically; these Terms otherwise govern your relationship with GOTDY for products and the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the "Last updated" date. The revised Terms apply when you use the Site or place an order after the change. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
We sell custom photo magnets and related items as described on product pages. Product listings, images, and descriptions are for information; small variations in color, finish, or cut can occur between screens and physical goods. We may refuse or cancel any order (including after payment) if we suspect fraud, illegality, a violation of these Terms, or if a product is unavailable — in which case we will refund amounts already captured where applicable.
Custom content. For made-to-order items, you are responsible for the images and files you submit. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for us to reproduce it solely to manufacture and fulfill your order and to provide reasonable customer support. You will not submit unlawful, infringing, harassing, pornographic, or hate-related material. We may reject or cancel orders that include content we reasonably believe violates law or these Terms.
You grant GOTDY a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted files only to produce, ship, and support your order, and for internal quality and fraud-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your photos beyond that scope.
Prices, fees, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout and may change before you complete payment. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.
Delivery dates and methods are estimates unless we expressly guarantee otherwise in writing. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Practical information about processing times, tracking, and fulfillment is on our Shipping policy.
Custom production may begin shortly after checkout. You may request changes or cancellation through our Help & FAQ page; we will accommodate them only if production has not yet started. Once production has begun, orders are generally final except as required by law or as set out in our returns policy.

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding your uploads), is owned by GOTDY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the Site and place orders, no rights are granted to you. "GOTDY" and related marks are trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written consent.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; IN THOSE CASES, OUR WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOTDY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER AT ISSUE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). MULTIPLE CLAIMS DO NOT ENLARGE THIS CAP. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, THESE LIMITS APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GOTDY and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your uploads or misuse of products, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or U.S. state of residence may still apply to you. You and we agree that the courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes subject to this section, unless applicable law requires otherwise for consumers in your location.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and GOTDY regarding the Site and orders placed through it, subject to Shopify checkout terms for payment processing as described above.
